TORONTO RESIDENTS

If you are looking to ship your order in the GTA, we can offer personal local delivery at a lower cost along with other options. Please note this local delivery option is only offered on weekends. Once order is placed with this selection, a representative will contact you with the possible delivery date and time.

ONTARIO RESIDENTS

All Orders in Ontario have the option for Free Standard Delivery at the time range noted, along with other delivery options.

US & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on your country.

2. Most international orders include tracking information. International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package leaves Canada. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by Canada Post.

3. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

ALL ORDERS

1. All orders are shipped with Canada Post at the time noted. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

2. All orders ship with a delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by Canada Post.

3. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
