RETURNS

i. For Made to Order Purchases

All Made to Order Purchases are final sale. This includes no returns, no refunds, no store credit and no exchanges allowed.

ii. For Sale Items

All Sale Item purchases are final sale. This includes no returns, no refunds, no store credit and no exchanges allowed. 

iii. For Ready to Wear Purchases

1. Time Eligible for Return
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer any refund, return or exchange.
If you are within the 14 days of receiving your garment as per the tracking information, please read the next criteria. 
2. Item Eligibility for a Return
a. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Please note: Theditedline holds the right to deny requests for returns that do not meet the criteria of eligibility based on our standards of "same condition."
b. Your item must be in the original packaging with the original tags attached to the garment as when it was sold.

c. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Shipping Returns Back
a. All returns that require shipping to theditedline office, will be at the responsibility and expense of the client requesting the return, this expense is non-refundable.
b. The customer must ship as required by the advising customer service representative of theditedline.
Please note, if failed to follow the requirements, theditedline holds the right to deny any returns.
4. Denied Returns
If an item is denied after review at theditedline's office, it will be the clients responsibility and expense to request the garment to be shipped back to their desired address.
5. Approved Returns 
Once your return is received and approved for return after inspection, we will apply your full refund to your original method of payment and update you via email.
The refund should be processed within 14 days depending on your method of payment or location.

Please read the above to confirm if your item is eligible for return. If you are eligible and returning an item from our Ready to Wear Capsules, please follow the steps below.

+ Images of item returning, including attached hangtags
iv. Send
Please allow the team 48 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays to respond to your request. Once received we will guide you step by step in order to process your return.
